Refund Policy

 

At Clothdaddy, your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities. Since all our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services through our trusted partner Qikink, we follow their returns and refunds policy.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives just as expected. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

✅ To process your claim, we require:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Clear images of the defective item along with its original packaging.

Once verified, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.


Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products)

Since all our products are printed on demand just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (like wrong size, change of mind, etc.).

If you’d still like a different size or design, you’re welcome to place a new order at your own expense.


Return Process :

Reverse Pickup

For eligible returns, a reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.

  • The reverse shipping charge equals the original shipping charge.

  • Example: If you ordered 5 products, the return shipping charge applies to all 5, though only the defective items will be replaced.


Undelivered or Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If your order couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or similar reasons, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • The RTO product will be sent back to our facility.

  • No extra charge applies for RTO, but you’ll need to place a new order to reship it to the correct address.


Refund Policy

Since every product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or misprinted.
✅ If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Important Notes
  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery cannot be processed.

  • Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to delivery failure.

  • In case of disputes, Clothdaddy reserves the right to review and make the final decision.
