1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if you’re under 18, to place an order.

• Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.

• By purchasing from Clothdaddy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Service Description & Scope

Clothdaddy operates as a print-on-demand brand, producing and fulfilling custom products in partnership with Qikink. Our services include:

• Custom product creation using designs by Clothdaddy.

• Order fulfillment and packaging.

• Delivery through shipping partners.

3. Order Process & Responsibility

• Order Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address, product size, and other details are correct when placing an order.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• All products are printed specifically for you — we do not hold inventory.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are custom-made for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal preferences (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).

✅ If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, you may request a replacement by contacting us within 7 days of delivery, along with:

• An unboxing video, clearly showing the defect.

• Images of the defective product with its original packaging.

We will verify the claim and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed include the cost of production and fulfillment.

• Orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.

• Payments are accepted through secure payment methods in INR.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Qikink via their courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days for domestic orders. Delivery times may vary.

• Tracking details are provided upon shipment.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect shipping information, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs sold under Clothdaddy are original or licensed for use by us.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or misuse our designs without our permission.

8. Limitations & Liability

• Clothdaddy is not liable for damages beyond the value of your specific order.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses, delivery errors due to incorrect customer information, or losses arising from courier partner delays.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Greater Noida,UP as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
